Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions for Christmas Tree VIP Package

1. Eligibility:

   - The giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

   - Participants must have a valid Instagram account and must follow the giveaway host's Instagram page.

2. Giveaway Duration:

   - The giveaway begins on 15th September, 2025, at 11:00 AM (local time) and ends on September 26, 2025, at 11:59 PM (local time).

   - Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:

   - To enter the giveaway, participants must:

     - Follow @whiteacresfarm.

     - Like the giveaway post.

     - Tag at least 3 friends in the comments section of the giveaway post.

     - Share the giveaway post in their Instagram Stories and tag @whiteacresfarm.

   - Each participant can enter the giveaway a maximum of 10 times.

4. Prize:

   - The prize consists of:

     - One (1) Christmas Tree VIP Package (details of the package to be specified).

     - One (1) Tree Stand.

     - A selection of drinks (details of the drinks to be specified).

   - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection:

   - The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

   - The winner will be announced on [Announcement Date] via the host's Instagram page.

6. Winner Notification:

   - The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram.

   - If the winner does not respond within [number of days] days, a new winner will be selected.

7. Alcohol Policy:

   - The prize includes alcoholic beverages. Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

   - By entering the giveaway, participants confirm that they are of legal drinking age in Australia.

8. Liability:

   - By participating in the giveaway, participants agree that the host and any associated parties are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.

9. Privacy:

   - Participants' personal information will be collected for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. General Conditions:

   - The host reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway at any time, for any reason, including if fraud or technical failures impair the integrity of the giveaway.

- By entering this giveaway you understand this prize if valid for VIP afternoon on Saturday 29th November between 1-3pm. Trees are pick up only at our farm gate.
